 Grilled Pork Ribeye with Apple Chutney

Roasted Salmon with Lemon Beurre Blanc

Bistro Salad – Spring mix topped with roasted peppers, tomatoes, feta cheese, green onion and lemon herb vinaigrette

Parmesan mashed potatoes and glazed carrots 

Dessert:  Bourbon Bread Pudding
