MOAA’s Summer Advocacy in Action Campaign is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 4, 2025. This year, we’re focusing on key legislation that impacts service members, their families, and military retirees, including:

Currently Serving – Access to Care, with emphasis on several key provisions expected to be included in this year’s NDAA

Chapter Dinners/Events
2025

During calendar year 2025, the Chapter Leadership continues to explore alternatives for meetings, events and venues., and we are planning for changes during 2026.
We will be planning dinners, but also exploring possibilities of ZOOM meetings, lunch meetings, short cocktail discussion hours, and project days. ​These possibly be planned for not just the Springfield and Decatur area venues, but possibly for other areas around our chapter area (31 Counties in Central Illinois).

​​We appreciate the input and comments from the members.
