Award of MOAA Lincoln Land Chapter Scholarship (Tentative)

Visit from MOAA National Staff Member

Menu:  Buffet Style Dinner (Menu Below is Tentative)

Salads: 

Mixed Greens Garnished with Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Shredded Carrot with Ranch, Balsamic and Italian Dressings (served on the side) 

House Made Picnic Potato Salad Garnished with Bacon, Chopped Hard-boiled Eggs, Chives and Cheddar Cheese

 

Platters:

Fresh Fruit and Berry Platter and

Sliced Tomatoes Drizzled with Balsamic and Sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese

 

Entrees:

Smoked Barbecued Ribs with Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce

Fried Chicken

Sauteed Green Beans
