Office of the Illinois Attorney Generals Military & Veterans' Rights Bureau (MVRB)

Topic: 

MVRB Overview, including specific activities and issues of concern to the MVRB.

Menu: Buffet Style Dinner:

Salads: Mixed Greens with Candied Pecans, Mandarin Oranges, Strawberry Slices with a
Poppyseed Dressing (on the side); BLT  Pasta Salad and Picnic Potato Salad Garnished with
Chopped Hard Boiled – Eggs and Green Onions

Entrees: Smoked Barbecued Ribs with Sweet Baby Rays Barbecue Sauce  and
Oven Baked White Fish with a Lemon Cream Sauce

Side Dishes: Brown Sugar Baked Beans with Bacon, Cheesy Picnic Potatoes,
Sauteed Green Beans, Sister Schubert Rolls and Butter

Desserts:  Apple Caramel Cobbler; Chocolate Sheet Cake Squares Drizzled with
Raspberry Sauce and Lemon Cheesecake Bars

 

Drinks: Iced Tea and Coffee (served by the staff)    ​
